The United States will issue more H-2B visas in 2023.

The H-2B visa program for low-skilled foreign employees will ensure that businesses in the United States can anticipate and plan for seasonal employment increases in the fiscal year 2023. The US Departments of Homeland Security and Labor will issue the first temporary final rule of its kind, increasing the number of eligible H-2B visas for FY2023 from 65,000 to 64,716.
In the fiscal year 2023, the H-2B visa program for low-skilled foreign workers will guarantee that enterprises in the United States can anticipate and plan for seasonal hiring spikes. According to a USCIS statement, these additional H-2B visas are meant for American businesses that want to petition for more workers between October 1 and September 15 of the next fiscal year.
