Canada has launched a pilot program to speed up the judicial review process for rejected study permits.
Previously, the review process could take 14 to 18 months.
Now, with this new program, decisions could be made within just 5 months.
It is expected that Canadian courts may deliver up to 24,000 decisions by the end of this year. This is great news for students seeking quicker resolutions!
