1. IELTS Required for Post-Study Work Permits (from Nov 1, 2024):
* Bachelor’s/Master’s: CLB 7 required.
* Diploma: CLB 5 needed.
2. Work Permit Length Based on Program:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s: 3 years guaranteed.
* Diploma: 3 years only if in-demand jobs; Otherwise, your permit could be shortened to 1 or 2 years.
3. Spousal Work Permits:
* Master’s students: Spouse can apply only if the program is 16 months+.
